Pinnacle Financial Services LLC has been involved in judgment & asset recovery since the days of the RTC. Our recovery division has purchased toxic loan assets of the FDIC, local and national banks and credit unions. Over the past few years, with the recovery of the overall real estate market, we have concentrated on judgement recovery and have formed a division that specializes in working with clients that have uncollected judgments from legal proceedings. 

Most recently we have been assisting creditors with unpaid judgments and aiding them in collecting by either purchasing the judgments at a discount or partnering with the creditor on a contingency basis. Pinnacle Financial  Services is associated with a nationwide legal team that specializes in the collection of judgments  in order to achieve excellent results in locating assets that are collectible and proceeding with the collection process.
