During the past 40 years of my professional career I have been involved in many businesses including the real estate industry from all aspects of financing, building, developing, investing, buying, and selling on projects nationwide and international. I have opened, purchased and sold numerous businesses, ranging from construction companies, land development, restaurants, retail, printing and publishing, country inn, resorts, mini storage, property management, online ecommerce and more. Currently we are actively reviewing various business interests while managing our debt and asset recovery division.

In the past few years, with the rapidly changing banking climate and financing options, I have been working on new and alternative methods of finding capital for my business and others with whom have been consulting.
